Peanut butter Oatmeal (Gluten free Sugar free)

No Sugar PB Oatmeal

Now a days, when I crave something or can't really think of what I want to eat I go to my all time favorite food; oatmeal. Before I know about my health condition, I loved having chopped up banana in it with some more brown sugar or agave syrup.

Gosh, I still miss my banana oatmeal but I can't really do anything about it. Anyways, at first when I was struggling to eat my gluten free sugar free oats I was so disappointed by its taste. It was the worst thing I ever tried. I needed it to make it taste better somehow.

Through numerous tries and errors, I finally made it taste great! Sweet without any
added fruits or sugar!

So, if you are trying to cut down on sugary oats, this will be a great recipe for you!

Ingredents

1/3 cup of oats (you can do more if you want, I use Bobs redmill gluten free oats)

2cups of water

1cup of milk

-for the bottom ingredients adjust the amount to your liking!

Cinnamon powder

Nutmag (a pinch is what I do)

Peanut butter (no sugar added ones)

Salt

Dark chocolate chips (put only little bit or use the one made with stevia!)

(If you want more sweetness add yogurt )

Directions

1. Make your oats as written in the package or just boil water with oats and while simmering add milk last then stir. Let it sit for 2-3mins

2. When oats are done, add in you seasonings and peanutbutter !

It still tastes awesome without chocolatechips so dont worry if you want to make it 0g of sugar! Hope you like it!
