Gluten & Sugar Free Oven Baked Penne Pasta

Gluten & Sugar Free Oven Baked Penne Pasta

 recipe video

I'm still in search for the best gluten free sandwich bread, but I can proudly tell you that I have found my pasta. It was sent to me to try it out first. As a student living on a budget everyday I was really thankful. However, I knew if it wasn't good I wouldn't eat it or recommend it on my blog, so I told them that I will give out a honest review on their product. Fortunately they didn't mind.

The gluten free rice pasta by Arroz is a unique pasta. It is shaped just like regular flour pasta but when you cook them they turn chewy. Not hard or rubbery but chewy. I like eating Korean rice cake ( not the ones in the state that are crunch) because they are super soft and chewy; not to the point where you jaw hurts but the texture really makes it enjoyable. Anyways, Arroz's gluten free pasta is just like that, it is actually better than the regular pasta because it has a such lovely texture.
After my first gluten free pasta dish, I immediately invited my friends over and cooked them my favorite oven pasta dish. They didn't realize that it was gluten free until I started eating it. They were in shock that the pasta was made out of rice. Especially, my girl friend who were watching her weigh after feasting during Korean thanksgiving l commented how easily it digested after the meal.

My recipe today is nothing special, but just to introduce you guys how
wonderful pasta replacement is out in the market is my joy! I'm still learning and discovering new things that are related to gluten free products so sometimes things like this gets me thrilled.

I hope you can also try my homemade pasta sauce with gluten free pasta!
