Allergy VS Food Intolerence (symptoms)

Allergy VS  Food Intolerence

What is the difference between
allergy and food intolerence?

To simply put, the way our body react to food is the answer.

Allergy is when your body simply were made not to like certain food.
So if you are allergic to peanut your body was born to take that certain
food as a poison. That is why you get an imediate reaction from your body
such as rash, bumps, vomits and other sad things in ways for your body
to show you that the food is harmful.

In the other hand, when you have food intolerence
it means that your body can't digest certain food.
For example, if you are lactose intolerant your body can't
properly digest dairy to turn it in to enegy source.

This is why some people get symptoms after day or two.

Here is a chart I found that will help you
understand it better!

Also, the test you take to figure this health condition is different.

Allergy test is done by injecting or placing different types of particles
to see if your body react.

However, for food intolerance if different and usually
people don't notice it because it is hard to clearly see what is affecting what.

Let's look at what celiac intolerance can make your body do!

Crazy, right?!?!

Most of the symptoms are things that can happen
with many other health conditions and not very crystal clear....

This is why it's so significant for someone to
really examine and study one self.

Hope this gave you a clear understanding of difference between
allergy and food intolerence.
