Before & After Gluten Free Diet (My own experience)

Before & After
Gluten Free Diet

BEFORE YOU READ

* I'm dignosed with Celiac disease.
It was not for weigh loss and this is what I've experianced.

(Click HERE to know more about Celiac disease)

I will be listing symptoms of how I felt before
I started gluten free diet and after.

I have noticed big transformation; probably because
I have celiac disease.

I just can't be any more happier about
my body and overall health after cutting out gluten from
my daily diet.

I have naturally lost weight, earned back energy and quality sleep.

Now, I don't even have to worry about bloating;
which has been tormenting me for past years!

Although, I do still crave gluten included products,
I know I don't want to go back!

BEFORE

<Health>

-Low Muscle Percentage
-Bloating
-Head ache
-Lathargic
-Sensitive and easily prone to stress
-Bad blood circulation
-Poor quality sleep

<Diet>

-Fixed weight gain ( I always stayed the same weight whether I exercised more
or even cutting my food consumption; it was always increasing if I didn't move my butt!)
-Noticibly swallen legs by night
-Bad blood circualtion ( Cellulites)
-Unsatisfied hunger (seriously, it was bizzare)
-Cravings for sweets and pastries !
-Love handle or also called muffin tops and upper arm fat

Alright, so before finding out about my medical condition,
I use to eat a lot of whole wheat bread because I was always
trying to feed my body the right thing. However, I wasn't.

No wonder I was always tired and sick !

AFTER

< Health >

-More energy
-No more bloating (unless I eat gluten or fruits)
-Increased muscle percentage

<Diet>

-Weight loss (I didn't even have to exercise for this one)
- Controllable, stablized hunger/appetite
-better complexion

.
.
.

Okay, you get the idea right?

I always thought the reasons for my tired body and weight gain
were do to my age.... even though I'm only 22.

I just couldn't figure out why.
I exercised everyday and ate super healthy but I was always struggling.

( I was never over-weight but I had my problem areas)

In addition, everytime I had my muscle percentage tested
it was always in a poor condition.

I found out that when someone with celiac disease
consume gluten, the muscle shrinks.

To sum up, if any of you are stuck in weight loss, weight gain or health conditions
like mine, please test it out.

Seriously, knowledge is power.
