GF/SF Super easy Matcha/ Green tea Chocolate-chip Cookies




<GF/SF Match/ Green tea Chocolate-chip Cookies>




This cookie has a shortbread like texture!
It is brittle but goes so well with milk~ 



Ingredients


2cup almond flour (blenched)
4packets of stevia
1/4tsp salt
1tsp baking powder
1tbsp vanilla extract
3tbsp butter (melted)
4tbsp almond milk
4 tsp matcha powder
1/2cup gluten free chocolate chips




1. preheat your oven to 350degrees
2. mix all the dry ingredients except for matcha powder
3. in another bowl mix liquids ( butter and almond milk) then add in matcha powder and mix well
4. mix the wet to dry or dry to wet ( it doesn't matter for this recipe)
5. add in chocolate-chips
6. form a dough wrap it with plastic wrap and leave it in the fridge for 30mins
( you can skip this step if you are really hungry)

make 12 round flat ball with the dough


bake them for 15 mins

This muffin seriously taste just like regular flour based muffin, moist and fluffy!!







I used a medium size muffin pan
that makes 6 muffins. 
Ingredients

2cups Almond flour2tsp gluten free baking powder1/4tsp salt4 tbsp butter melted4 eggs1/3 cup water5 packets of stevia2tbsp matcha powder or green tea powder (add more if you are using
green tea powder)



Steps

1. Preheat your oven to 450degrees
2.mix all the dry ingredients except for the matcha powder
3. dissolve matcha powder with water (make sure the water is hot)
4. add wet ( butter, eggs, water, matcha mixture) to dry

add chocolate chips of nuts if you want to!

bake for 25-30mins
